Maintaining and maintaining a genuine brewing culture is the mission of their customers and beer lovers. At that time Friedrich Eder, the founder of the brewery, acquired the brewery and restaurant "Zum Ochsen", well-known since 1779. This was the nucleus of today's brewery in Großostheim. In the following decades, the company grew steadily. Since 1999, the master brewers also brew the Schlappeseppel beers, especially the legendary "Seppel'sche" in the traditional bottle. Near Frankfurt, between the foothills of the Odenwald and Spessart, lies their homeland Churfranken. It forms the breeding ground for their brewing culture.
