To which countries do you deliver?
We deliver to Germany and Austria: Packages with German delivery address are shipped with DHL. Packages with Austrian delivery address will be shipped with Austrian Post. The conclusion of the contract including all documents is in German. All documents can also be requested in English.
How much are the shipping costs?
You will find the final shipping costs in the shopping cart as soon as you have placed all the desired products in the shopping cart.

According to the shipping company, the package was unfortunately damaged during transport. What can I do?
Please refuse acceptance and have the package returned. This is free of charge and will be handled automatically. Please inform us about this. All you need to do is send an e-mail to info@kalea.com with the order number and/or invoice number as well as a photo of the damaged item and the corresponding delivery address. Depending on your request, either a new package will be sent to you or the full purchase amount will be refunded.
