Not much remains today of the complex beer landscape for which Germany was once famous. While traditional beer styles are being revived in other countries and completely new ones are being created, German legislation is putting the brakes on creativity in brewing with the Provisional Beer Act (VorlBierG). That is why we founded the association "Deutsche Kreativbrauer e.V." on January 30, 2016. The German Creative Brewers are campaigning for a uniform regulation throughout Germany that allows brewers in all German states to brew with natural ingredients in the same way. Our association represents the interests of creative brewers and aims to support its members in the long term through quality assurance, legal advice and purchasing associations in production and sales.
