Rosi - A bock beer with a subtle hint of rosemary.
Brewed in the historic "Kraisdorfer Hofbräuhaus" from 1699 in the middle of the Bad Windsheim Open-Air Museum together with colleagues from Brauhaus Döbler, the Association of German Creative Brewers and the museum team. Brewed completely without modern technology (iron brewing kettle, wooden scoop, wood firing) as a bock beer, refined with fresh rosemary in the cooling vessel and in the storage tank. Aged for 4 months, round, drinkable, with a lovely rosemary aroma. The 6.6 % is well hidden.
