Bayer Theinheim Brewery looks back with pride on over 300 years of history of the small family brewery in Franconia. Here in the Steigerwald, the art of brewing and the variety of Franconian beers have been cultivated for centuries.
Most certainly it's the ingredients, the fresh, delicious water that we draw from our own village well and that gives our beer its unmistakable taste. But the water alone doesn't do it, it takes the creative hand of our brewer and beer sommelier Helmut Bayer, under which unique craft beers are created in addition to the Landbier and Knörzla.
