Beer description
The 3Fach-Bock gains its high RPM of 9.5% from the addition of a top-fermenting and a bottom-fermenting yeast. After 9 months of aging in port wine barrels and another 3 months of bottle fermentation, the chestnut-colored stout tastes of dried fruit, licorice, forest honey and caramel.
