Beer description
The 3Fach-Bock gains its high RPM of 9.5% from the addition of a top-fermenting and a bottom-fermenting yeast. After 9 months of aging in cognac barrels and another 3 months of bottle fermentation, the palate is delighted with a red-gold stout with notes of apricot, raisins, caramel and honey.
