Beer description
The beer-wine hybrid is a wheat doppelbock to whose wort freshly pressed grape must (Cabernet Dorsa) is added during the brewing process. This is followed by at least six months of barrel aging, which gives the moussing "beer" a slightly fruity aroma, a tangy, acidic entry and a harmonious mouthfeel. Wine-typical aromas play with the delicate bitterness and caramel notes of the wheat bock.
