The private brewery Hösl brews its excellent beers in an attractive region, the Stiftland in the Oberpfalz. So what is special about their Maerzen? The special blend of whiskey and wheat malt brings a unique peat note that is smoky - similar to fine single malts. An excellent beer that pleases the palate.
