Description
Martin Seidl, the man behind Dietrachinger Brewery, is a jack on the trade: he's a mechanical engineer with his own agriculture. He built his brewery himself in 1996, and initially, he pursued brewing as a hobby. In 1997, he founded the Dietrachinger Brewery. The proximity to the border in the Austrian Salzach-Inn Region has an impact. Since 2019, Seidl has been producing his cult-status Stout "Schwarze Tinte" in collaboration with German breweries.
