Beer description

Martin Seidl brewed his first stout in 1997 in his small brewery in Dietrachting. For the first time Kalea beer advent calendar 2017, a larger amount of its "ink" was brewed and found here a large appeal outside the region of origin. The barley is grown and harvested on its own farm. On any chemistry (note Martin Seidl: not even crap or manure comes on his field) is waived on his farm and the ingredients for this beer. Instead, so-called catch crops are sown and plowed for natural fertilization. Since 2019, the black ink has been brewed in cooperation with the brewery Hopfenkopf in the brewery Bruckberg and is therefore a unique cross-border project in the Inn-Salzach region. The roasted malt finds the balance between fine cocoa notes to roasted coffee. The Singlehoped Stout is brewed only with Soriachi Ace, which finely integrates with its coconut notes into the crema of the roasted malt. The black ink is the perfect beer for sweets and desserts. Martin Seidl created with this beer an award-winning and excellent delicacy!

Dunkelbraun mit beiger Blume, malzig mit Kaffeenote in Nase und Mund, dazu gesellt sich eine schöne Herbe.
