The Mikrobrauerei Bevog was born out of curiosity and the challenge to make new experiences in the field of beer tastes. It is the result of our enthusiasm, Elan and our love. We brew beer with character and soul, pursuing the goal of transcending the boundaries of the known and established. We are now bored of the beer supply and the contempt of the beer. Beer can and is much more. At Bevog Brewery, we specialize in higher fermentation beers, known as ale beers. The ales brewed by us are originally from England, but over the last few decades this extremely diverse type of beer has been gaining more and more ground, the palate is expanding, pushing the boundaries of individual styles and enjoying increasing popularity around the world. But not only the popularity of the beer fans and beer drinkers, but in general with all gourmets, top chefs and people who are always ready to try new flavors, get involved in experiences and where it is important to pay attention to what they eat. Despite the English roots of the Ale beers, we at the Brewery Bevog are extremely creative and do not adhere to old established norms. We produce beers in our way that we know is right. The beer style we choose dissects, widening it through a wide range of acquired knowledge, ideas, views and then putting it together, completing it back into our beer, which does not strictly adhere to the prescribed framework of a single style , In designing the recipes, we strive for perfection, but in particular do without compromises, which are far too common in today's mass production.
