Beer is our passion With heart and mind, selected ingredients and water from our own well, we make what we do best - a tasty and mouthwatering beer - and have been doing so for over 200 years. Tradition is important to us and that is why we treat our heritage with care. We only change what is absolutely necessary to preserve as much as possible of what has distinguished us for over two centuries - the good taste!
Brewing recipes handed down by grandfather, a special hopping process and long cold storage are a guarantee for the excellent beers in our brewery. We are one of the small Franconian breweries that still sell handcrafted and fresh beers directly to our customers.
In our Franconian restaurant we offer our fresh home-brewed beers from the barrel, as well as snacks and smaller hot dishes.
