Description
We have been brewing craft beer here in the Tullnerfeld with a lot of love since 2017. It all started in a small garage. After a stopover in Ollern, we are now in a large garage. At the end of 2019, we built a modern microbrewery with a 5 HL brewing system and 45 HL storage tank capacity on 600 m² in Kogl. We store our beers in pressurized tanks and fill them in returnable bottles or recycled bottles. The quality of the raw materials and the brewing process is important to us. We have implemented a meticulous hygiene concept and thus achieved a long taste experience for our beers. Nevertheless, the beers are not filtered or pasteurized. You can taste that. In 2021, part of the garage became our Kostbar. Since July 2022, our brewery has been a member of the "Independent Private Breweries of Austria".
