Beer description

The nut beer is something very special. Black walnuts are produced by hand in the spring in an elaborate process. After at least half a year of maturation, they are then allowed to refine the beer. Nussbier is a brown ale that is stuffed with black walnuts before aging. The complex production process of this beer specialty results in a delicate nutty aroma that lingers on the palate for a long time. Konrad Seidl's Beer Innovation 2022. Alcohol: 5.0 - 5.6 %vol. Bernsteinfarbe, kurzlebige Schaumkrone. Fruchtig, malzig in der Nase. Nussig, bitter im Antrunk. Die Walnüsse sind sehr gut zu schmecken. Etwas säuerlich im Abgang. Wenig bitter.
