Description
In the anniversary year 2020, Hübner Bräu is 200 years in family ownership.
We are a small private brewery in a long-standing family tradition with a rustic brewery restaurant at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. The history of the Hübner brewery can be traced back to about 1720, and the company has been family-owned since 1820. The brewery on the heights of the Jura is known above all for its drinkable full-bodied beer, which aficionados and regulars also refer to as "Otto beer" - loosely based on Otto Hübner, who was in charge of the company's fortunes until 2003. Since then, the management of the business has been in the hands of his nephew Thomas Will, who is thus continuing the family tradition in the next generation.
