Visually clear and golden brown, it is topped by a rich, firm, fine-pored light beige foam. On the nose, notes of caramel, cereals and floral honeys perform a merry dance that neatly increases the pleasure of the first sip. Finally, it presents itself with a sweet entry, followed by intense, long-dominant honey notes, which are finally followed by hay, chamomile and cereal aromas, as well as toasted notes and the taste of bread crust. Velvety and soft, the beer caresses the tongue. At the end, a concise bitterness appears briefly, which returns after swallowing and lasts surprisingly long. Overall, a wonderful festive beer with an extensive spectrum of aromas that harmonizes excellently with all typical Franconian festive roasts from Schäuferla to Sauerbraten.
Hellbraun leuchtend mit viel gemischtporigem Schaum. Würzig, malzig, leichte Honignote, aber nicht süß, sondern mit leichter kräuterig-herber Note am Ende....
