The Hochstiftliche Brauhaus in Bavaria, formerly Will-Bräu, can look back on a proud history of more than 200 years. As a regional family brewery we are firmly rooted in the region with its history and tradition. According to the motto "from the region - for the region" we face our entrepreneurial responsibility towards our homeland.
