The Hirschbrauerei Söhnstetten is the smallest brewery in the district of Heidenheim an der Brenz with firm roots in Söhnstetten and has been in existence since 1896. We brew our own beers - because we can! But above all, we brew because we love beer and because we want to. And that has always been the case!
