Söhnstetter - Dunkle Weisse

Maroon wheat with strong turbidity and a thick head. Fresh, dry smell with a lot of yeast aroma and roasted aromas. Very strong body with a slight sweetness and roasted malt taste. Slight acidity and fruity bitterness round off the buck; the finish is fruity-dry.
