Description
The brewery includes a 500l brewhouse, which is brewed in a total of 6 fermentation and storage tanks repeatedly different sorts of beer. Depending on the type of beer, at the end of fermentation and cold storage (4-7 weeks) the finished beer is between 400 - 500 liters, which I fill in barrels for serving and in bottles to take away. Everything naturally unfiltered, untreated and brewed with the Leipzig water. As it comes out of the tank, it comes in barrels and bottles. Each bottle is individually rinsed, filled, corked and labeled. Handcraft from start to finish.
