Beer description

This time I turned to another category of IPA's. The special feature of a "NEIPA" are the intense fruity notes, which are released by special hops during fermentation. This is also countered by a decent bitter note that makes it refreshingly tart in the finish. The alcohol content is just slightly lower compared to the classic IPA, making it the strongest beer we currently have. PROFILE: Original gravity: 12.6°P Hops: Comet, Gakaxy, Vic Secret, Steirer Wolf, Lilly

Sehr fruchtiger Geruch. Blume lässt sich nicht lange bitten und geht wieder. Auch nach dem Antrunk riecht man die fruchtigen Noten gut heraus. Also für mich ein recht gutes Bier
