It seems at least 80 years ago, according to the historical brewery directory in Germany, that the last brewery in Cadolzburg was recorded. For 1933 mentions about the Georg Dorn brewery in Deberndorf. But now the time has come again. Cadolzburg has a small beer factory again. The Brandmeier brewery opens its doors in summer 2013. In the basement of our house, we brew the Cadolzburg beer specialties in the smallest of spaces. We are committed to supplying the Cadolzburg market with craft beer specialties. In doing so, we deliberately stand out from the uniform taste and mass beers of large breweries and brewery groups. What distinguishes our beers from the beers of large breweries and brewing groups: We brew by hand and not by machine. Our beers are naturally cloudy and natural, so they are made without filter aids. We use untreated Cadolzburg water. We only adjust the character and uniqueness of our beers with special malt and hop mixtures
