Description
It all began more than 150 years ago in 1864 in a small inn with brewing rights in the tranquil town of Gessertshausen, right in the heart of Bavaria. Back then, the Schimpfle family was already brewing special beers using raw materials from the region. The love of brewing beer was passed down from generation to generation. Many years later, Thomas Schimpfle took over the brewery as a freshly minted master brewer at the age of 22 and developed his own beer brand - the Lösch dwarf was born.
