Adler Bräu has been family-owned since 1828 and is now run by the fourth generation. The company always moved with the times and met the latest technical requirements. Thanks to the flexibility as a microbrewery, we have always been able to quickly adapt to the current market situation. This has led to the fact that today we are the only remaining brewery in Glarnerland. And we want to remain so, thanks to our guiding principle: tradition and contemporary technology in harmony.
