Brewmaster Karl fermented his first cider as a young student, many years before he was of age to try it. Since then, he has never stopped experimenting with all sorts of fruits and flavors. This passion for natural ingredients and the wonders of fermentation is shared by our team and is reflected in our range of innovative apple wines. He is the first cider manufacturer in Europe to specialize in the dry jumping of his blends. It uses different types of hops to complement its aromas and for a crisp, bitter finish.
