Description

The brewery Franches-Montagnes (Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes (BFM)) is a small craft brewery in Saignelégier, Jura, Switzerland, whose products, including draft beer, have gained international recognition. [1] Founded in 1997 by Jérôme Rebetez, who was formerly trained as an oenologist, this small brewery has quickly become famous for making beers that extend traditional beer style guidelines and use unorthodox ingredients. The products of BFM are produced in small batches and hand-packed in the brewery.
