Wooden barrel-aged beer, fruity and tart. This historic beer is the result of an assemblage in which one half is aged for 6 months in oak barrels containing wine. Particularly complex, marked by the work of the wild yeast, beautifully balanced between sour and bitter notes and an intense fruitiness. The ideal and amazing compromise between a broad aromatic complexity and a refreshing light beer.
