Authentic, straightforward and down-to-earth - the people of the Ruhr region have always been characterized by their independent, unmistakable character. We brew for them in the shadow of the old blast furnace at Phoenix-West using selected, preferably regional raw materials in accordance with the German Purity Law. With classic beers as sophisticated thirst quenchers as well as special brews, we demonstrate the diverse possibilities of craft brewing.
