The Apostelbräu is a brewery founded in 1890 with a home distillery and vinegar production in Hauzenberg. Owner Rudolf Hirz brews beer here for the fourth generation, but also makes liqueur and vinegar. The brewery also has its own spelled beer museum. opening hours
