Zecher Bräu - Hausbier Märzen

On this amber-colored Märzen, which is only very slightly cloudy and shines out of the glass with an orange shimmer, lies a creamy, fine-pored white foam with equally good intensity and stability. The nose gets on the one hand with beautiful grainy malt aromas and on the other hand with grassy hop notes, which are in good balance. Malty and spicy initial taste that brings with it light, sweet notes. A gentle bitterness of the hops pleasantly continues the balance already in the nose with the malt. The intense and tingling carbon dioxide supports a medium to large malt body, which leaves intensely grainy aromas on the palate in particular. The beer is still drinkable and tasty and it is fun to drink this beer. The aftertaste is characterized by the full-bodied malt character, which is accompanied by hop bitterness, which is characterized by an excellent balance.
