Winkler Bräu - Hefe Pils

The bouquet exudes floral-grassy cheerfulness with memories of lemongrass and orange, a gentle bread note and a discreet biscuit tone. The Antrunk is mild, soft and yet sparkling. Quick, a cultivated bitterness spreads in the mouth, it seems to expand at will. Again the lemongrass is present, followed by a ripe, yellow grapefruit.
