Spring in the High Country is often unpredictable. Days of rain, sunshine, or even snow can leave us asking "What the Hefe?!" We worked with our friends at Ivory Tower to craft this Spring inspired easy drinking, light wheat beer. What the Hefe?! is finished with just a touch of lemon to remind us that Spring is here. Proceeds go to help fund ASU's Fermentation Sciences Department.
