We dreamed up this brew with veggie-lovers in mind. Vegetalist is a persona, rooted in ideas of organic colours and the beauty of natural shapes, striving to break free from a stuffy, artificial reality. He won’t show his cards to first comers and generally keeps to himself – what drives him is reflecting on new experiences. Think self-immolation and sprinkling salt on open, intellectual wounds. Going who knows where on a metro before dawn, somewhere between Friday and Saturday, in the kind of desert only a morning can provide. That’s how we think of a beetroot gose. Keep loose – drink loose!
