Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
There comes a time in every critic’s life when all they can do is put on a clever face and go on some tangent when they clearly have no damn clue. But who can blame them? Take a whole-bodied hop with a taste that’s on the tip of your tongue – it’s the last dot of an ‘i,’ a banshee singing the end of an old world, but still not entirely unfamiliar. So make way for our latest breakthrough – VEGETALISM! A wedge of fresh carrot in malt form!
This, our latest symphony, comes to you in the style of a Berliner Weiss with the hint of an Imperial. Layered into a base of carrot juice, its bitterness is kept at bay by the sour tones of these earthy, orange crops.
