In Denmark, we love Christmas beers very much. In fact, most of December is spent drinking Christmas beers while chewing on fat duck, roast pork, red cabbage and herring left in vinegar for months. Our hitherto strongest beer, which was filled with up to 15% ABV and loaded with lactose until it could no longer be difficult. You could say that's the foie gras force-feeding of a beer.
