To Øl (Tool Beer) - Elation

Elation is a brand new beer in terms of technique for us here at Brus. This is a mash-up of classic lager techniques, mixed with new IPA style techniques. The malt bill features pilsner, chit barley and wheat. And in the kettle, we added German noble hops, along with Hallertau Blanc.
