New larger scale batch prepared for Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza 2021-2022, with 400 gr of organic pears per liter of lambic, in a blend of 50% of 1 year old Meerts and 50% of 1 and 2 years old lambics. First time served on October 23, 2021
