Sudden Spaceman Dust

The first release beer 2020 from the Sudden Death Brewery has it all. It goes by the name Spaceman Dust and is a Kveik Pale Ale with 5.5% vol. Alcohol content. The special thing about this beer is the Voss Kveik yeast used, which comes from western Norway. Kveik yeast goes perfectly with pale ale beers and always consists of several yeast strains. For further refinement and to get even more aromas in the beer, the Spaceman Dust was cold-hopped with Citra BBC, Mosaic Cryo and Simcoe Cryo. Sudden Death Spaceman Dust Kveik is a naturally cloudy straw yellow pale ale with a voluminous, frothy crown. Fruity aromas immediately fill the air and reward us with tropical fruits and refreshing citrus notes. The first sip is wonderfully fruity and very sweet. The strong carbon dioxide is striking. The tropical fruits like pineapple and mango stand out clearly. Shortly afterwards, a pleasant and long-lasting bitterness mixes in and continues to work until the end.
