The Sudden Death - Tough Guy Ale, an incredibly tasty West Coast IPA! The pure barley malt base is just perfect for this blend of beautiful West Coast hops: Columbus, Chinook and Centennial at the boil (oh yes, hop boiling is still a thing), followed by Cascade and Centennial in the whirlpool and a single dry hop addition from Cascade, Comet and Citra Cryo. The result is wonderful aromas of honey, pine, grapefruit, fresh spring herbs and bergamot. The light to medium body provides a clean and long-lasting bitter finish.
