DDH Weizen Doppelbock – 9,5% Mehr Deutsch geht nicht!
Like last year, this edition was brewed with 50% wheat, 30% barley and 20% oats, and fermented with a classic Weizen strain alongside our juicy house strain.
The hopping was reworked to be more fruit forward and balanced as opposed to the heavier coconut expression of the past.
It was hotside hopped with Magnum, Tradition, and a pinch of Sabro, and double dry hopped with Sabro, Saphir, Citra, and Huell Melon.
Mango, strawberry, banana, baking spice.
