Earlier this August, brewer Aaron got in touch with @hvggermanhops to collaborate on our first ever (and not our last) wet hop Pilsener.
From field to brewhouse in 10 hours, we loaded over 80 kg. of freshly picked Hallertauer Tradition hop flowers into our lauter tun and pumped over 20 hL of hot @weyermann_specialty_malts Barke Pilsner wort onto these nuggets of green gold after brewing.
