We’re never satisfied without searching far and wide for new combinations and horizons. But the truth, as always, remains right where we left it – in this case, in a taste from our fondly remembered childhoods. Still Chill is a farmhouse ale made with apricot puree, fermented with a special blend of Belgian yeasts. Bold apricot, delicately spiced, with a dry 6.5% finish.
