Sudden Death Brewing - Splitting Pears

It's basically ALWAYS time for a popsicle. Splitting Pears is a collab with our dear crazy Swedish beer & tat friends at Crooked Moon. For this one, we whipped up a nice hazy IPA base with a whopping 275-g-per-liter of pear and lemon puree and concentrate, stuffed it with a good dose of El Dorado, and flavored it with vanilla and sea salt. ... reminds very much of Päronsplitt - the legendary Swedish popsicle and tastes of pear, stone fruit and vanilla.
