Beer description
Our second Wild Series release is Soul Square, a supremely balanced wild ale. Brewed with added wheat, kettle-soured and fermented for half a year with a mix of wild yeasts and bacteria in a widely known in narrow circles foreign laboratory, Soul Square is light and dry, with flower and berry notes blending into a harmonious whole.

Inspired by the German postmodernist New Wilds in the second half of the twentieth century, we’ve dedicated the design of our wild ale series to underground Saint Petersburg artists. Soul Square’s label is a collaboration with Lesha Melky — he experiments with natural materials, paints and prints, looking for a new order of things.
