Beer description
Ale beer with strong personality, amber with a tendency to ruby red, characterized by strong, but not obtrusive hops, which highlights the peculiarities of the special malts, which allude to coffee, chocolate and liquorice. The foam is one of the most important qualities of this beer and is impressive in its consistency and in the fineness of its consistency. The alcohol content is 6.7% by volume. This beer, like the other products of the Birrificio Sottobisio, is neither filtered nor pasteurized, but follows a slow process of clarification at low temperatures, allowing the sedimentation and consequent removal of the biomass produced by the fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle and produces the typical carbonation. Do not enjoy this beer too cold, around 10 degrees Celsius.
