Thanks to “Rick and Morty,” Sichuan sauce has taken on a life of its own. And so has our latest spin on the Berliner Weisse – we’ve added a dash of Sichuan pepper and it’s gone off the wall! So obviously we couldn’t resist naming it after one of the show’s oddball heroes. The classic balance of hops and acidity is set off with a spicy aroma and a light, witty aftertaste.
