After fermentation, Santa Muerte was matured on cocoa nibs, vanilla pods from Madagascar and Mexican smoked chipotle, ancho and passilla chilies. In December 2020, just before Christmas, we poured a small portion of this brew into small tequila oak barrels and let it mature for 10 months. This is the result.
