We from "Black Rose" are good friends, passionate hobby brewers and now also cuckoo brewers from Mainz. Our former shared apartment "Black Rose" quickly grew our shared passion for craft beers such as IPAs, pale ales and stouts. A few years and countless brews have passed since the time of the shared flat, the lifeblood for experimenting, enjoying and designing your own beer creations has always been and continued to grow. Since then we have been working tirelessly on new recipes that stimulate and refresh the taste buds. Since we develop our recipes on small 20 and 50 liter home brewing systems, we have been using the option of contract brewing in a local brewery since March 2019, also called cuckoo brewing or gypsy brewing.
