Schimpfle - Freiherr von Zech Premium

Light, unclear, medium black color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly persistent, whitish-white to white head. Aroma is moderately malty, straw - grass, grain, hay, light hops, green grass - straw. The aroma is moderate to light, slightly sweet and bitter with an average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonization is soft.
